About the project
Produce a 3D visualization of the distribution center complex for a management presentation: model the grounds and 5 warehouses from blueprints and photos, roads and asphalt with markings, landscaping, fencing, street lights and a checkpoint; prepare a bird's-eye view, night renders, callouts with government agency logos and a presentation slide.
The project in detail
The work
- modeled the grounds and 5 warehouses — multi-temperature, trading and freezer — from blueprints and photos;
- asphalt with markings in front of the loading docks, driveways and parking, landscaping, fencing, street lights and a checkpoint;
- signage and logos on the facades, 3D letters above the buildings;
- a bird's-eye view (top-down at an angle) and a series of overview angles;
- night renders with the complex lit up;
- callouts with government agency logos (Customs, Rosselkhoznadzor) in a unified style and a presentation slide;
- a series of paid revisions based on management feedback (greenery, naming, callout plates).
The result
A complete 3D model of the distribution center with its grounds plus presentation materials: many angles from one model, a bird's-eye view, night renders, callouts and a slide. The renders were used in the project presentation to management.
