About the project
SibMaster produces automatic heating boilers of the WL, WH and Profi series, along with block-modular boiler houses rated from 40 to 20,000 kW. The client needed 3D models for the catalogue, technical cutaways of the internal structure and clear materials that explain to buyers how a boiler works.
The project in detail
The source data consisted of drawings, photographs and technical documentation.
The work
- four detailed 3D boiler models from drawings and photos;
- detailed modeling of the hardware: hopper with vibrator, sensors, control cabinet with cables;
- technical cutaways of the internal structure: grate, gas channels, water circuits;
- visualization of flame flows and the path of heat through the channels with arrows;
- combustion process animation: the path of the coal from the grate to the heat transfer to the water;
- catalogue renders in the formats and colours the client needed.
The result
The models, cutaways and animation explain to buyers how an automatic boiler is built and how it works.
